Therapy Services
So what does therapy really do and why is it important?
Psychotherapy is a process of self-examination, emotional awareness, and growth. Psychotherapy is facilitated by a trained therapist educated in human behavior. The goal of psychotherapy is a change in attitudes, feelings, and behaviors that will enhance the ability to enjoy life and relationships—both personal and professional.
If you are considering therapy, it's normal to have some doubts and fears. Whatever they are, it's important to tell the therapist how you're feeling. Problems must be specifically described and addressed before they can be solved. And this can only happen when the therapist has a complete picture of your situation.
Dr. Barnes specializes in working with adults and we tailor our therapy programs to best meet the needs and goals of our clients.
The practice accepts various types of insurance. Please contact us via email or by phone to discuss payment options for our services. All inquiries are confidential.
